Our pilates yoga class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, low-impact programme, and you’ll get incredibly defined.


Weights and
cardio combo

This full body workout, includes cardio,  strength and body-weight training. You’ll get in the best shape of your life - the combination of weight lifting to tone and cardio to strip the fat, will give you great results - fast.


Low impact

M1ND workouts are low impact standalone functional mobility sessions which incorporate the 3TYs (mobility, flexibility and stability) through a variety of different mediums - sometimes through static stretching, sometimes through yoga influenced dynamic movement, and sometimes using an external object to assist in moving the body in novel ways. ⁠⠀


MMA Cardio

Mixed martial arts-inspired workouts designed to slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat, and sculpt total-body definition—no equipment needed.



Each R1ZE workout has a specific focus and is totally unique - we use a step to train all forms of fitness from speed to power, from agility to strength. Get ready to use your step as obstacle, a plyo jump box, a strength platform, a cardio tool and more.⁠ Some workouts will incorporate weights.
