M1ND workouts are low impact standalone functional mobility sessions which incorporate the 3TYs (mobility, flexibility and stability) through a variety of different mediums - sometimes through static stretching, sometimes through yoga influenced dynamic movement, and sometimes using an external object to assist in moving the body in novel ways. ⠀
Each R1ZE workout has a specific focus and is totally unique - we use a step to train all forms of fitness from speed to power, from agility to strength. Get ready to use your step as obstacle, a plyo jump box, a strength platform, a cardio tool and more. Some workouts will incorporate weights.
